20 Years on Glass and Fibrex® Material
Our replacement windows have two major components: double-glazed High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass and Fibrex material.
High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass and its other upgrade options such as the High-Performance Low-E4 SmartSun™ glass, offer varying levels of heating, cooling, visible light transfer, and UV protection for your interiors through multiple layers of low-E coating and superior insulation. The frames, sash, and grille of our window replacement in Atlanta are made from our composite Fibrex material, made from reclaimed wood fibers and polymer and a product of decades of research by Renewal by Andersen. It combines the strength and stability of traditional wood frames, with the low-maintenance features of vinyl.
Replacement windows made with these materials are guaranteed to be free from factory defects within 20 years from the date of installation, and is eligible for replacement or repair as deemed appropriate.
2 Years on Installation
We have utmost confidence in our Certified Master Installers’ installation skills. Consequently, we also have a two-year installation warranty where, if your replacement windows in Atlanta fail to perform according to our strict specifications, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you.
10 Years on Hardware
This includes our locks, hinges, insect screens and other non-glass and non-Fibrex material components. If they fail within the 10-year period, we will repair or replace them, again at no extra cost to you.
